At kawnia, we understand that sometimes plans can change. If you need to cancel an order, we are here to help. Please review the details below to understand our cancellation process.
Order Cancellation Window
Time Limit: Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of being placed. After this time frame, orders will immediately go into the processing stage, and cancellations will no longer be possible.
How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@kawnia.com with your order number and a cancellation request as soon as possible. We will confirm whether your cancellation request was successful.
Cancellations after Shipping
If your order has already been shipped, we can no longer cancel it. However, you may still be eligible for a return once you receive the item. For more details, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation request is approved:
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
Processing Time: Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Cancellable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for cancellation, including:
- Personalized or Customized Products: Once an order for a personalized item has been placed, it cannot be canceled.
Changes to Your Order
If you would like to make changes to your order (e.g. size, color), please contact us within the same cancellation window. We will do our best to accommodate your request, although changes may be limited depending on the status of your order.
